why my status is incompleted ? what happened ?

hi , like 3-4 month ago two weapon skin from me is accepted to the game , i add my bank information , tax information...etc everything is green , i got my items in game for free ...etc and i can check how many sold from my items

last i check like 4-5 days ago

but now i cant check and its say something before you go party we need your information so we know who get paid or something like that

and when i go and click to the link i need give again my bank information and my tax information and everything is incompleted

but 4-5 day ago is everything is fine and full completed , i even check how many item sold and my items in the game like 3-4 month ago

what happened ?

thanks the answer , i guess its just some error because now again green everything and i can check the stuff , but really slow but atleast now its work

it could be it just took steam a while to accept the information
