Please, check, if body parts for that car appeared in the "imported goods" section of the parts store. Alternatively, you may open the car in the car editor.
If there are no body parts for it are available, or it does not show in the car editor - threre is something wrong with the mod. Try to unsubscribe and then subscribe again, also you may want to check game files intergity.
If there are parts for this car available and/or it opens in the car editor - then everything is fine with it and you simply have to wait longer, until it shows up in orders, junk yard, auctions, etc.
