How do I make infected ignore neutral units? (Answered, not possible.)
I placed some snipers in the editor and set ownership to neutral. I want them to join my side when I get near them. Problem is the damned infected kill the snipers just days into starting the map, long before I can reach them.

Is there any way to stop that happening?

Hello Winter Dragon.

It's unfortunately not posible. My suggestion is to protect with defenses or natural barriers (tree, mountains)
