Concept for two agents - Abominations.
Word of warning - this concept is overly complicated, very cliche and probably comix like.

Latest advancements in nano technology and augmentations have shown that humanity can reach new heights. But sometimes such advancements lead somewhere dark, to things that humans shouldn't meddle with. And with that came people, who reached too far too fast, so it broke them. Corporations don't like to admit their mistakes and usually silince those quickly, but most powerful, ones that proved to be impossible to control or contained are infamous. They are known as Abominations.

Jane was a test subject, who chose to test new augment to avoid serious jail time for trading insider information. Experimental augment, the Mirror, supposed to be an aggressive, pseudo intelligent, self improving stealth device. Some complications were expected, worst case scenario Jane supposed to left crippled. No one told Jane that the tech was actually stolen from other corporation, some parts still black boxed. Experiment failed spectacularly, nothing went according to expectations. Holo projectors for stealth field never worked, but aggressive and intelligent parts went horribly right. Instead of just hiding identity Mirror broke all firewalls, like they were never there, destroyed all recording devices and killed all personnel who were directly observing the subject. After some time and additional casualties it became apparent that it is not possible to disable or extract Mirror without killing Jane.
Any digital device that observed or recorded Jane's appearance was immediately hacked and either wiped or destroyed, disregarding contingencies and fail safes. Any person looking directly at her had all electronic devices attacking him until he was either dead or unconscious - augments and communicators burned or shocked observer, pacemakers and heart monitors stopped heart, weapons discharged or exploded. Test personnel stripped of all electronics experienced seizures induced by series of flashes from Jane's head region, which, along with other details gave her code name - Medusa.
Horrifying details of the experiment, deaths of researchers and backlashes from augment put a heavy toll on Jane's mental health. In span of few months constant nightmares, isolation and pain left a paranoid snappy wreck in place of a witty, adventurous woman. She knew how dangerous her condition is, and that quarantine is necessary, with her being worse than a plague carrier. But this didn't add simpathy to her 'jailers', who promised a cure soon, before enforcing one painful test after another.

John, codename Poltergeist, on other hand was a corporate operative, undergoing training and adjusting to his new abilities at the same facility that held Medusa. His prototype augment allows him to form and control energy construct, a 'Ghost' to put it simply. Invisible and intangible form promised entirely new approach to espionage and stealth warfare if not for the crippling side effects. His own body felt alien to him, sounds, smells, taste - everything felt off, with ghost form being only way to deal with dissonance, to the level of being addictive. Similar to Medusa's situation, his psyche slowly deteriorated, turning him from somewhat reclusive hacker into a sociopath, quickly losing connection to his humanity. Unexpectedly what helped him to retain his sanity was Medusa herself.
Due to some weird interaction between their augments Medusa was able to see and communicate with the 'ghost' without Mirror trying to kill John, and for him Medusa appeared as an actual person, someone he could relate to. Unique reaction of the Mirror made him sole human able to interact with Medusa directly and for several months he acted as a middleman between researchers and Medusa.

After numerous failed attempts to copy or emulate effect of the Mirror and with pressure from corporate leadership, research team decided to go for a more drastic measures. Unfortunately for them Poltergeist learned about their plans to vivisect Medusa. Without hesitation he helped her to kill guards and scientists, burning down the research facility and all bridges with the corporation.

Those two are not exactly loyal agency operatives or even mentally sound, but having nowhere to go and being hunted by corporations, they may provide their unique abilities as long as your goals match theirs. Luckily for you Incognita could use visual and audio scramblers for agents to blacken out Medusa for them and you.

Poltergeist
Augment - [Ghost] -2AP, +2PWR from consoles, speed and strength are limited by 4 max.
Poltergeist can switch to an energy ghost form, leaving his physical body behind. Ghost form is invisible, selectively incorporeal and able to affect electronics.

Switching to Ghost form sends Poltergeist to KO for 3 turns, giving Ghost leftover AP. Ghost stays as long as Poltergeist is KO, or when he chooses to return to his body.

Ghost have 2x of Poltergeist maxAP, can open doors, operate consoles and disable mainframe devices (like DrXu subdermal tools). Disabling daemon infested device kills the daemon and prolongs reboot by 2.

Ghost can possess guards(debatable) and drones with firewalls less than his Hacking skill. Possession costs 2PWR +2 for each turn of possessing.

Special equipment:
Coma inducer (1 charge) - Prolongs KO by 9. Recharges after mission.
Corporate pistol (2/2).

Medusa
Augment - [Mirror]
Cannot advance skills as other agents. Cannot be revived by med-gel. Cannot increase max number of augment slots. Eats installed augment at the end of the mission, permanently increasing random skill by 1. Each 4 skill points upgrades the Mirror, adding new Mirror augment and an extra augment slot.

a) Guard with heart monitor sees her - dies instantly (costs 5 PWR or Medusa goes to KO for 2 turns and Mirror goes to 10 turns cooldown).
b) Guard without heart monitor sees her - dies instantly, PWR -10, Medusa goes to KO for 3 turns, Mirror goes to 15 turns cooldown.
c) Camera/turret/drone sees her - disabled for 2 turns (costs 2 PWR or Medusa goes to KO for 2 turns, Mirror goes to 10 turns cooldown and camera/turret/drone exlodes).
d) Any observer sees Medusa and Mirror on cooldown - Observer dies or explodes, PWR drops to zero, Medusa dies.

Mirror stages:
1)Basic version.
2)Guard with heart monitor gets glimpse of her - goes to KO for 2 turns (costs 2 PWR or no effect).
3)Skeletal suspension, kills KO guards by picking them up and dropping (gives +3PWR).
4)Special action on KO guards drives tham insane, insane guards attack other guards.
5a)Poltergeist in team, = Can be possessed by Ghost = costs 4 PWR, +AP equal to AP of Ghost, KO on sight like on glimpse.
5b)No poltergeist in team = Hysteria = costs all PWR, kills on sight and on glimpse without cost and cooldown. Medusa dies at end of turn.

Special equipment:
Smoke bomb.
Flashbang.
