This is something I wanted to do, but I don't understand a thing about the tools.

Imo, Naval units are pretty obsolete at this point, so giving them Floating, could make a new line of units for every factions.
Would be awesome if their movement points were set to 40 (or higher) with the capacity to transport Light troops (like Air Galley for instance in previous AOW).
