Player Limit in Lobby

I have more than 4 friends, who want to play on their own characters; is there a way to increase the lobby size via mod? I need this for my group, if not, someone's gunna have to suck it up, and take a hired character.

Been way way to long since I played and followed main game's multiplayer there maybe a way to press esc and re-roll character though that may have been GM mode only otherwise idk thought it was worked around or something before would have to search forums.
