I was thinking it would be interesting for an alternate timeline portrayal. Tried to think of names like 'The Carstein Empire' but thought midnight empite woud be ok?

So make it based off the idea of how things would look like if the midnight aristocracy (vampire counts) succeeded in their plan to seize control of the empire (aka 'The Throne of Sigmar' as Mannfred calls it)? Would human armies make up larger portions of their military? Especially maybe human mages, empire steam tanks and troops trained in guns/bows?

This would essentially make Bretonnia the only major human faction who can rival them, besides Kislev and Border Princes who would play less of an importance or be less powerful.

There would definitely be a ton of Bretonnia and holy knights vs vampire counts and undead potential here.

Question is who should be the emperor/empress in this alternate timeline? Vlad, Isabella or Mannfred?
