Personally, I like the horde mechanics in game 2, I played the game as Nakai, as chaos warriors and even as unpopular beastmen. But many leave negative feedback on the horde, reporting that they do not feel comfortable mechanics in it

I decided to try the Morgan Bernhardt mod from Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned rat (1995) and Warhammer Dark Omen, which I've been through for a very long time. And got a very nice horde experience

+ When you capture a settlement, you give it to the Empire, for which you receive a reward. No passive harmful sub-factions like Nakai, no empty ruins, you give settlements to a strong sandbox participant

+ No diplomacy penalty for crossing the border

+ There is a story for the passage of which you get elite named types of units and heroes, with a rich history from the old games.

- The mod broke and I couldn't finish it.

As a result, this is a very nice mechanic and it needs to be implemented for Eldyra. Eldyra will start the campaign as a military campaign to reclaim the colonies from the old world. When she captures settlements, she will transfer them to the factions of the Phoenix King and receive named units, lords and heroes, which can give a lot of content for the most popular race in the High Elf franchise
