Add a remove all tab to the missions screen. IE: All assigned mech's ready to drop and pilots cleared to be reassigned rather than having to click on each one.
Or a mod to have it cleared by default when you start a mission not having the damaged mech's with assigned pilots from last mission.

Small thing But as tittle says, quality of life improvement to save time and hassle.
