Assembly kit I can't make changes to edited tables

I'm quite new to modding and was using Assembly kit for some fairly simple madifications, to be honest. Problem appears when I want to make additional changes to the tables I already edited and DAVE won't open them. I tried a couple of solutions that some people mentioned: verified the local data and deleted the file TWaD_validation.xml, nothing worked so far.
I would appreciate any help. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your answer :) I'll try and join.
My problem: For example, I edited 'factions' table and exported it into a mod. Later I wanted to make aditional changes to the factions table but the Assembly kit wouldn't let me, the table wouldn't open and so I was unable to make further changes

When I started working with AK I also could not open edited tables again, sometimes. I lost a lot of time with reinstalling and so on. I had no istructions and I found out the way I told you.
In Modder´s Aghora you will find many help for all issues.

This app should help you https://sourceforge.net/projects/packfilemanager/

Packfile manager is an easier way to edit tables.
