"Self Use" or mods that are meant to be shared only with friends should be marked as such and not visible on the workshop by other players. This is specifically mentioned in the guidelines. "Friends Only" mods are unmoderated.

Mods that are "Self Use" or lack adequate description and content should be reported and will be removed from the workshop or flagged as Friends Only or banned as they do not follow guidelines.

Failure to adhere to the guidelines may result in the removal of your ability to upload new mods to the workshop.
