Edit: Mannequins can still come to "life", if some mod manages to call them. They are basically NCPs, under specific race. While bouncing around has been fixed, something adding them AI functions might cause them to walk around.
Currently I do not have the dawnguard dlc enabled to avoid the vampire attacks, it seems this mod requires it. Perhaps I can find a workaround I am new to modding so thanks a lot.
Same author has a mod Run For Your Lives in Workshop. That causes NPCs to run in to shelter, when attacks happen.
Kryptopyr has a mod Timing is Everything that allows you to set a level for these attacks, or postpone them indefinitely. Requires SkyUI and MCM. That one is available from Nexus.
