I suppose I may be biting off more than I can chew, but to dip my toes into modding Skyrim I've decided to take a creature mod from Nexus and turn it into a playable race. I plan to use this for getting advice from you senior modding wizards, cuz I desperately need it.

So far I've gotten to where I can get past the character creation part (in the game), but when it comes time for the player to move to the chopping block everyone just stands around in awkward silence and the player doesn't budge. I suspect this is due to this mod using the werewolf skeleton for the creature instead of a biped, but I'm not sure. Is this sort of problem easily fixed or will I have to get elbows-deep into writing my own scripts as well? Am I missing any details?
