i subscribed to multiple mods and none of them work can someone help me this is urgent

For this game subscribing isn't enough, mods have to be placed in the game directory.
There is a tool for that included in the game - WorkshopInstaller.exe, but it has many issues, one of them is that it can not install workshop items with id greater than 2147483647 - so mods uploaded since around July 2020.
To avoid the problems I created the Custom Workshop Installer.
