Modding help/tutorial

I'm quite interested in trying my hand at modding. I would be predominantly interested in unit editing and Lord customisation.

Where should I start? Any solid tutorials and/or resources?

there is also the old classic sebidee unit creation tutorial: https://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?749888-Sebidee-s-Complete-Guide-to-Warhammer-Unit-Modding

there is also tw-modding.com which has a beginner guide and in my opinion the website in general has articles with the most detailed / deepest knowledge about modding: https://tw-modding.com/index.php/Tutorial:Beginner%27s_Guide
