Ha ha, that's quite funny. I'm actually quite proud of the code that made that happen. Essentially the breeding objective looks for any object that offers the correct breeding aquascaping - and as beach tanks give you rocks, it's eligible.
Out of interest, does it work when you try to pick the tank up from the message and place it? Does breeding work as intended within the tank?
I should probably just exclude tanks from the selection process, but I do think that's quite cute. ^_^
