Forbidden Workshop & Flesh Lab for all Skaven factions?
Would be nice to have these two Skaven mechanics available to all Skaven factions. Or maybe there could be some campaign quest / skill / tech that would eventually unlock it for other factions too.

These two new DLC mechanics are way too good to just be used by a single two DLC factions.

theres a mod that adds tech similar to forbidden workshop though its not quite the same in its entirety, no flesh lab mods i know of though
