Looking for a mod that puts boundaries on main factions and unlocks weak factions economies.

For instance; you can beat Eataine down to 1 settlement, yet due to their OP economic buffs they can still indefinitely field 7 god tier full stack armies... doesnt make any sense.

Minor factions that are meant to be eliminated or confederated usually dont even bother expanding to capture their full starting province, nor summon multiple stacks which should be within their limited capability.
