Been away for a few months and still now when I subscribe to a prefab on steam it shows that it downloaded (through the download manager) and when I start the game and go to the workshop prefab tab its doesn't show up. I have seen several post in the past about other people have the same issue but no one ever to my knowledge posted a fix. So I just quite playing and hope it would fix it self with a patch or something.

Anyone know how to fix this issue? I've verified all files, un installed and re installed the game and steam itself. none of it helped. effects maps and prefabs. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated,
