I am having the same issue

any level i download from the workshop while not in game, does not show up in game. any level downloaded from campaing > mission select > workshop does.
now i cannot play levels i've already downloaded :(

hi, just seeing this. There was a bug where you had to progress in campaing a little and level up in firefight to play workshop lvls, but they should work now after yesterdays patch. Let me know if they are still broken.

i beat the campaign and my level editor levels work but they don't end
