Can no item durability mod be created?

Condition 1. All picked up items spawned on map, that have durability, like guns, clothes, etc,should be at 100% durability.
Condition 2. All items picked up by player should not lose durability on taking damage, firing, etc.

Is this possible with modding yet?

Yea that mod can be created maybe even remove it from all items.

I don't know how the game will act after remove item's health though.

Just as long they have health they will take damage but the rate it goes down can be tweated.

The things i wouldn't remove health for is base parts and anything that is placeable and car parts.

Can you help me with such mod or create one for me to try?

yea when i get time i am kinda busy on another game that i been playing and takes my time lately.

that kinda of mod can take time since there is so many files to change but its kinda on the easy side though when you know how just may take time is all, I see what i can do soon.
Please don't hold me too it as time can get away from me easy.
