List of Workshop Cars that do not require Paid DLCs
This is where you can find car addons that do not require "paid for" DLCs, And if you didn't know you do not require the tuning DLC most mod creators just add that as something you need.

Feel free to add any car addons that meet the obvious requirement or easily browse the discussion for addons that you can use as soon as they are downloaded.

@Ruthlesswargod slow down, alot of the cars you listed actually requires dlc:
- Tow truck
- Chevy Nomad Tri Five
- 1966 Chevy C10
- Lancia Stratos
- Tesla Model S
- Ford FPV ute 2015
- Dodge Challenger Hellcat
- Pontiac Firebird 1977 and 1979
- Holden HK Monaro
- R31 Nissan Skyline
- Ford and Holden V8 Supercars
- VW 1963 21 window
- Ford FPV GT-F
- 1957 Chevrolet
- KIA Stinger GT 2018
- 1974 Toyota Celica
- 1977,1979 Trans Am Liveries Update6. (this one isn't listed as needing DLC but requires another mod that requires DLC)
- Ford XB coupe
- Mercedes Actros

This is where people get confused, these mods can be used but include parts that can be tuned using the tuning dlc, you do not need that dlc to play and use these add-ons.

you do know that the challenger requires the dodge DLC, correct

I feel that the tuning DLC does not count because it is free, the other DLCs, which I said something about above, do, I do not completely agree with what you are saying
