I am currently stuck at Chapter 3 where you have to connect the power cables in order to turn on unit 1 to activate the exhaust fan control and the elevator network control, see screenshot enclosed.
My problem is that there are only TWO cables. The one connected by default an the other one I have picked up before, the one which electrifies the water.
I have watched several walkthrough videos and there are always three cables to solve the puzzle. So, I assume that there is a potentially bug why the other cable is missing.
I already tried to load an old save game to get to this pint in the game again, but this didn’t help.
Did I miss something or is this a bug? Is there the possibility to spawn a cable by developer console as a workaround?

I am grateful for any hint to solve this issue.
