Ever played SPORE? well in the space stage you can become allies with someone and then form a trade route, after trading for a while you gain the ability to buy their planet... Im looking for a mod that does just that. Becomeing an ally is already possible in right now, so is forming a trade route (using caravans), so Why cant I buy out my ally's cities? this would be done through the Diplomacy tab, You offer a certain amount of materials and they propose a counter offer, if you decline the trade route goes back to zero.
