Contagion SDK

When ever I launch the Contagion SDK to try and upload something to the workshop it says it cannot find the connection to steam and asks if steam is running when it is. I've tried running the application as admin but it hasn't work. I'm wondering if support for the Contagion SDK has ended because there haven't been anymore uploads to the workshop since December of 2017.

Apparently the developers have disabled something. Also tried today to change the avatar of its modification, but nothing happened. The last modification to the game came out in late 2017, I think it's obvious. It's a pity.
