It wouldn't be difficult to do, I suppose, but wouldn't it look odd with a bunch of the same cars driving in circles stopping at bus stops. The transit one made sense for 'local deliveries' instead of using a 40t truck. My opinion of course.

I could see a taxi / minibus from airport to train station kind of thing, just not a multi-stop route.

It doesn't contain the model by OnionJack, instead it just references it, so you could essentially just duplicate it, reference other stock vehicles and changing the cargo option to passengers etc as required. If its used wwith another workshop item, again, just reference it instead of re-distributing the full mod and add it as a required item when publishing on the workshop.
