Can we share resources?

Can modders share resources by subscribing to each other's mods? Like, can we use the items that other modders create in our own mods? It seems like this would only help the modding community, but I don't know where to find the downloaded assets from mods.

Okay, just found the answer after around 30 minutes of thinking on this. I came up with a way to find them. I used a program to search all the files on my computer and looked for the MOST RECENT files since I just subscribed to a mod. Poof! Found em!

It's here on my computer:

L:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\
