Can't buy the base game

Hello, I want to ask something, why i can't buy the base game? There is no buy button on steam page

i dont know, but i know a lot of guys cant buy the game becouse they come from a location where dying light is not avaible, maybe thats an old information and they let them buy now

u can try to get the game / game code from other pages, or a friend should buy it as gift for u
