Mod to remove "we are receiving extra supplies" phone call?

This is really annoying, especially when doing a lot of building. I really don't need or want to be informed there was a logistics error and we're getting extra supplies. I looked for a way to turn them off. If it exists, I missed it.

I'm bringing this back up. I don't know if this is even possible or where they are located in the files. I can do really simple stuff like add names, ha ha. These calls are beyond annoying.
