May I courteously suggest you use an alternative method to do so.
If you 'frequently disconnect' from multiplayer games you are simply perpetuating the belief that you are not a team player, in a game in which a single minute of game time, especially at the beginning can very quickly make the difference between winning and losing.
By piggy-backing your phone's medium to play a game on your PC that is extremely intensive in processing power, you are introducing an element of latency that would not otherwise be there.
It is possible to reconnect to a game but you usually have to leave the game (to the main menu) and then re-connect. Not ideal, I'm sure you would agree.
You are not doing yourself any favours, nor your team. Perhaps you should seek alternative methods (i.e. your network card within your PC) before engaging in such.
You are simply courting potentially bad blood within your team (and hence within this community), and personal dis-satisfaction by continuing to do so . .
