While you may meet other players that use different platforms, they probably can't be friended for more deliberate playing. While, if I am correct, StickFight can be played on PC, some mobile devices, ps4, and xb1, they are bought in the associated devices' store and thus cross-platform friending may not be possible... but that's no excuse. Note that StickFight applies to both MacOS and Windows when watching the videos below.
Ways StickFight can be played -on Steam- on other devices:
ps4 - (generic browser) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8j55J9yufTA
xbox - GeForce - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSRXH6FgK8s
xbox - Wireless Display App - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0DbxUj9FFM
linux - Proton - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXTPyrKICkA
There are workarounds for players with other platforms, even those without an official porting, to not only play the game, but to have full access the luxuries of Steam if they have an account.
So yes good sir :p
