Mod Removal Help

I Dl'd some mods for MOWas the game keeps crashing .I have unsubscribed and deleted these mods and my games keep crashing and the mods show up and again and again. what must i do to play this game without the mods reloading?

Launch the game on "Safe mode (No mods)," Then disable the mod and restart.
