Sprite Sheet Not Working

TLDR: How do? character sheet loads as 1 picture/1frame in the idle slot. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've hit the apply button as well.

I've watched the tutorial online and I'm still not understanding what I'm doing wrong. People have even said that they've used character sprites-sheets from the "spriters-resource" website but I keep getting a "the image height divided by the frame height must equal a whole number!" error.

I've used the program Aseprite in hopes that I could fix some things but even when I don't get that image height error it only loads the .png character sheet as 1frame 1picture in the idle slot.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how character sheets work with this program? I'm super new to all of this and I don't get what I'm doing incorrectly. I honestly don't even really know how the app figures out how to slice 1 picture into smaller frames lol.

I appreciate any information on the matter or any tips you've used to make custom sprites for this app.

When you refresh stream avatars after putting your sprite sheet in the avatars folder, you will need to resize the individual images/sprite sheets to 64x64 (or 32x32 or whatever size they are supposed to be). After that, stream avatars will refresh the preview and have them at their proper size.

Not sure about the error message though as I have never seen it.

It helps to know what the individual tile size for the sprites are. It would help if you showed us what sprite sheet you were working with. We could, at the very least, give you the proper dimensions for the tiles.

It took me about four hours to realize that my tiles were 1 pixel larger then I had initially meant to make them. (65x65 rather then 64x64). Not my best moment, I'll be frank. But it's often the tiny things usually.
