How to launch desktop shortcut with mods?
Is there a way to create a desktop shortcut that will launch with mods? Instead of having to go into the steam program and click through the menus.

I've tried opening "mts-launcher.jar" but I'm not sure what program I'm supposed to use to open it. I've tried using java.exe and javaw.exe but nothing happens.
