Les movement points MOD

Hey guys. Can someone create a mod that makes armies move less? I feel that the longer it takes to get somewhere makes me feel more tactical especially when I use the 12 year mod.

In your Data folder, edit the descr_character.txt (notepad++ works fine), and change starting_action_points value to something lower. done
