How to add the mods you wanted to add into your game?

I have added four mods but nothing will show up in the mods menu please help

Are you using the game test versions called unstable?
The stable version of the game does not support it yet, it will come in alpha 24 when that gets ready.

you have to switch to the unstable version of stonehearth, the current version doesnt support mods yet.

how to activate the unstable version?
right click on stonehearth in your library -> properties -> BETA -> select the most recent version from the drop down menu
