+1 to perfect start idea.
I know that its fun to have random starts, but if i go on a quest to start a town, id take people with specific skills and abilities each.

right? I mean, getting a good roster turns into a clicker game in itself and if you accidently skip over a good one it gives you a sense of self loathing because now you need to kill your mouse and finger some more.

Id love to be able to select stats and traits within a limit ofcourse cant have 6/6/6 always happy etc something balanced would be cool

yeah but even the ability to lock the trait\stat you want would be an imesureable improvment over the clicker game that is stat reroll.

we can already do a good bit of customization but the part that really irks me is the fact you cant choose their traits, so to get a roster with the traits you want often takes 30+ minutes of clicking and thats not concidering the stats Long story short my mouse will thank any modder to add trait and stat selection.
