Second that, thoughts with families. Now they talking about "Near to Brixton" burt as you say it's mostly up on (fairly high in places) viaducts around there. Guess we have to wait for more precise location etc, to understand what's happened.
I pass the location where they were killed quite often and the area is covered in graffiti. It is vandalism and they were causing damage to railway property but I do sympathise, street art is sort of the culture around that area. They are now thinking of having ''safe'' hours in which artists are allowed to go up there. I think this is a brilliant idea and prevents such trajedies.
While I would like to think this would help, I actually suspect that it will make little difference. Part of the 'Fun' aspect for them (maybe not all) is the challenge of dodging the danger and getting away with it. Spraying the places that are hard to get at and legally 'out of bounds' is part of the 'game'. Or am I wrong?
