workshop maps not responding

So I subscribed to the workshop in steam, wait for it to finish DLing, but when I go into RL and try to open the workshop through custom games it takes me to the loading screen and just spins. Cntl+Alt+Del shows RL is not responding. Happens every time. Deleted Bakkesmod, deleted the workshop DLer I used with Epic and nothing. Even updated my BIOS as I saw on another post. no luck.

Some users found a possible solution. It seems that razer cortex program was the issue.

If you're using it, try to perform a complete uninstallation and let me know!

60% of the times those issues are related to programs blocking the functionalities and the actual full operation of other executables and sub-functions of programs such as steam or the game itself.

No Razer Cortex here, never had it. Bakkesmod and Rocket League Tracker Network are the only things RL related I had. I do have MSI afterburner and Omen Gaming Hub which has a game booster but those are turned off currently.

none of the workshop maps you downloaded works?

could you list me your pc hardware components?

Try to lower down the graphics settings.
Many maps requires more usage of the GPU as their lot more heavier compared to the normal ones.
