Object properties not appearing

I must be moved it somewhere outside editor, now when I press F4 or right click - properties, nothing appears.

Is there way to reset where floating windows are located? I'm screwed if I don't find a fix.

So this is how I fixed it. If anyone will have same problem.

Select any object (player start, light, etc), press F4, after that press alt+spacebar and then maximize.
