Banner and background not working ?

Hello there,
I've done my first campaign and built it in the mod folder like nice campaigns I found here in the Workshop.
However, despite having a background image and a banner in the folder, I don't see them in the game. It used the default image instead of what I put.

Campaigns I download have no problems. How can I correct this ?

Alright, I answer to myself because I found it.
It don't seem to be possible to have the banner and banner of your OWN mod (in the mod folder).

However, if you publish it, remove it from the mod folder, subscribe it to, it works. So if you want to publish it... don't go crazy.
