how do i mod effect duration?

lets say i have a mission "expand the military"
and the reward is 15 years of +15% manpower
how would i change the 15 years to 20?
i have found the place to change the manpower bonus
but i cant figure out where i can change the duration

The duration is specified in the effect itself, so in this case the mission.

I found this in mission_modifiers
dan_humiliated_the_hanse = {
trade_efficiency = 0.2
global_trade_power = 0.2
trade_steering = 0.1

i can see the effects, but cannot see the duration anywhere?

edit:
ok found another file called only mission will try there thx :)
