Mod to use a vehicle only once

Is there a script mod that makes the locomotives/MU's, and wagons to use them only once(there can be multiple on one train but not the second train)?
If this mod is not available is there anyone who can make this script, is it doable? The idea is to make the game more challenging and use more of the vehicles since the vehicle list goes long with everyone adding with mods.

There is no way with the game's API, as it stands now, to dynamically change the availability of vehicles, so no, not possible.

The Campaign made something like that, so it's doable, but probably not the way OP wants it.
