(request) update for this mod please?

I used to play with this mod but now the game doesn't recognize it, it hasn't been updated in several years and don't know if the creator is around the forums anymore so I came here to ask if someone can help revive and bring this to the workshop

Hopefully "doudley" can make those small adjustments to his "Engineer" mod if he finds the time.
