If your mod is already made, its super easy. You open the game, go to mod and click on upload to workshop.

but i have a problem the game saids alert a title is required in the file 'mod-info.txt' i need help

Have a look that the example in "assets/builtin_mods/mega_builders/mod-info.txt" and copy it into your mod and change it. You will likely want a thumbnail image too.
