AI blockers don't block Cosmic Event heroes, what gives?
I have several islands 2-3 hexes in diameter that Cosmic Event heroes were spawning onto and getting stuck.

Placed some AI blockers, but they don't do anything. The heroes still spawn on them and even move over them.

Any way around this? Also, it'd be nice if there was a way to modify spawn location of Cosmic Event heroes, but I couldn't find anything in the package manager - certainly nothing in .rpk for Cosmic Events.

You can always block certain events from existing by disable them in the user settings. There was a reason that official campaign never used cosmic events. Since it could break things or make missions look wierd.

True, but unfortunately for me I really like them lol.

At worst I remove the islands or replace them with impassable terrain, but damn...tiny islands do make things interesting.

Found an amazing way around this, although it could have unintended side effects...

I gave Basic Seafaring to Independents. The hero embarked off the rock and made a beeline straight for one of the player's cities. Pretty scary LOL, but I'm worried I'll eventually see a stack of spiders decide to hop on a ship.

It,s clever. However it means that all roamers also get seafearing. Archon Giants walking on water from boneyards and stuff

Yeah, it's unfortunate. If one places spawners away from water and limits roaming ranges, it might work, but due to map constraints my hands are tied.
