would there be a mod that maybe makes it so AI factions that are nowhere near you are maybe less inclined to declare war on you, so that say if I'm playing Clan Skyre the High Elves don't decide it's in their best interests to go ♥♥♥♥ me up even though I'm not really relevant to their interests?
