请问为什么没有标签分类？

沒有上傳過mod 请问为什么没有标签分类？
1、是需要上传前标记，标签分类
2、需要mod管理员标签分类
3、需要玩家打上标签分类

mod作者打不了，看起来是上传时应该打上标签。但是不清楚应该用什么key来打标签，需要一个例子。

他们上传的代码都是赶工赶出来的，只能等什么时候完善了。
