Radio Officer - Can I create a unit that calls in reinforcements?
Any ideas on how I might arrange for the units to be called in via a radio officer unit?

I want it to be under the unit menu like a special ability.

At the very least do you know what file I should be looking in to learn more about an individual units options (the options that appear on the right-hand side of the screen)?
