Sounds like Steam revoked your game.
MIght be the case if you bought a Steamkey at a shady retailer, but i'm the wrong one to ask.
Though..the mouse icon for owning the game appears right to your name, so..i don't know.

Was a strange bug i think with last small update/quick fix/patch they launched. I had to log out and log back in AND authunticate my game. Real weird, Ive had this happen before now that i think about it with a Paradox game.

I never had this happen to me and don't recall reading about it.
Last hotfix patch was in september 2021.

As i mentioned earlier, maybe you got your key from another site, one that buys dubious Steamkeys already sold before and sells them cheaply again or while you bought good Steamkeys, your Steamkey(s) were sold (illegally) by another site to someone else and hence they had your keys suspected.blabla......just brainstorming what might have been the possibly cause for your experience. Could of course be something completely else i'm not aware of.

Or you changed some hardware and Steam then goes bananas.
I have to guess.

Better to ask Steam Support in such case.
